"Lauren Ashley's team did an absolutely fantastic job of marketing and selling our house in the Windrose neighborhood in the Spring/Klein area in July 2025. This was the 6th time I have bought or sold a house, and it was by far the best and easiest experience I have ever had with a real estate agent.Throughout the entire process, she took the time to explain everything clearly and directly, which is so important in an age when everybody seems to be in a rush to just get on to the next job. She gave great advice about the best spending to prep the house for market, and she put us in contact with terrific vendors who did an excellent job! (Looking at you, James Magamoll!)Lauren's team came in and staged the house before taking some amazing pictures for MLS. I was very pleased with the photos when the listing went live, and within 3 days we had a contract that closed. Pricing a home for sale is always a tough choice, but I felt that Lauren gave us good recommendations that maximized our sales price without pricing us out of the market.I also felt as though she took a personal interest in our sale. She and her husband Matt went above and beyond, like the night before the buyers' inspection when I was out of town and the two of them drove to the house to confirm for us that gas service was still turned on for the inspection! That's service you don't really get anymore.Overall, I was exceptionally pleased with every aspect of my sale and with working with Lauren's team. Even the closing was a breeze because of all the prep work they did to be sure we had all the i's dotted and t's crossed.I would definitely use her team again for my next purchase."
